This report is a series of summaries and forecasts starting with the major cyber players and the conflicts, starting with the People’s Republic of China. Next is Russia vs Ukraine, followed by Iran vs Israel and Pakistan vs India. We have a review of the United States and a very brief look at South America. Lastly, a look at the hacker environment. The bottom line: 2026 will be another challenging year.

2026 Membership renewal from $35 to $40
After many years, our costs have risen to a point where we now can no longer cover our costs and regretfully, we have made the decision to raise our Membership Dues.
This decision has not been made easily nor without significant discussion. Security requirements for access to 17 Wing and base decisions that we pay for any staff required (bar tender) and costs for room rental, which was previously complimentary, are no longer.
Other locations may also require room rentals (ANAVETS for eg.). And as we all know, our food/snack costs are increasing as well along with banking costs. Thank you for your understanding
