NOTICE OF MEETINGANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 28 May 2026
To: Members of the Royal Military Institute of Manitoba
The Annual General Meeting of the Institute will be held on Thursday evening, 28 May 2026, at 18:30 for 19:00 hours at the Combined Mess in the Fireside Lounge, in Building 61. The Agenda is attached.
We are again using Email and our Website for distribution of AGM documents. Please view AGM 2026 documents at www.rmim.ca, by opening the home page header “AGM 2026”. Financial statements will be available at the meeting.
Please make every effort to attend the AGM, together with your Spouse, Partner or Guest. It is important that you RSVP, using the www.rmim.ca Website, giving your name as well as the name of your Spouse, Partner or Guest, to gain access to 17 Wing.
There is no charge for attendance. Voting is restricted to paid Members, so if you have not yet paid your $40.00 dues for 2026, please do so at your earliest convenience, or upon arrival at the meeting.
The Board again feels that we have significantly achieved our RMIM objectives over the past year. Accordingly, the Board has developed a Plan of Events and Budget for 2026/2027, that generally follows the past pattern of our activities. The Plan and Budget require approval of the RMIM Membership at the AGM.
