NOTICE OF MEETING
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 26 SEP 2021
To: Members of the Royal Military Institute of Manitoba
The Annual General Meeting of the Institute will be held on Sunday afternoon, 26 September 2021, at 13:00 for 13:30 hours at the 283 ANAVETS, 3584 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3K 0Z8, in the Thompson Room. The Agenda is attached.
We are again using Email and our Website for distribution of AGM documents. Please view AGM 2019 documents at RMIM AGM, by opening the home page header “AGM 2021”. Financial statements will be available at the meeting.
Please make every effort to attend the AGM, together with your Spouse, Partner or Guest. It is important that you RSVP, using the RMIM RSVP Website, giving your name as well as the name of your Spouse, Partner or Guest,
There is no charge for Member attendance for the Barbeque. However, there will be a charge of $20.00 for Spouse or Guest Verification of double vaccination will be required at the door. Voting is restricted to paid Members, so if you have not yet paidyour $35.00 dues for 2021, please do so at your earliest convenience, or upon arrival at the meeting.
The Board again feels that we have significantly achieved our RMIM objectives over the past year. Accordingly, the Board has developed a Plan of Events and Budget for 2020/2022, that generally follows the past pattern of our activities. The Plan and Budget require approval of the RMIM Membership at the AGM.
